What is the delivery time?
The total delivery time consists of two stages:
1. Processing Time
After your order is confirmed, it is processed within 1 to 3 business days.
During this time, your order is:
- verified
- approved
- carefully prepared
- packaged
Once ready, it is handed over to the shipping carrier.
2. Delivery Time
- United States / International: 5 to 10 business days
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on demand or circumstances beyond our control (such as logistical delays, customs processing, or peak periods).
During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, or New Year, delivery times may be slightly extended.
How much does shipping cost?
At Luke Bennett, we offer free premium shipping.
This includes:
- insurance against loss
- insurance against theft
- insurance in case of damage
There are no hidden fees.
Where is my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your order directly on our website via the “Track Your Order” page available in the main menu.
Please note that, for logistical reasons, orders with multiple items may be shipped in separate packages.
My tracking number is not working
It may take up to 5 business days for tracking information to be updated in the carrier’s system.
