Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires after 30 days from the day:
- on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the goods, if you ordered one or more items delivered together;
- on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the last item, if your order consists of multiple items delivered separately.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your request before the 30-day period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, Luke Bennett will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered).
Reimbursement will be made within 30 days from the day we receive your withdrawal request.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. No additional fees will be charged.
We may withhold reimbursement until:
- we have received the returned goods, or
- you have provided proof of return shipment,
whichever occurs first.
Return Conditions
Products must be returned without undue delay and no later than 30 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
- The direct cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer.
- You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
- for goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
- for goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- for newspapers, magazines, or periodicals (except subscriptions).
The right of withdrawal also expires for:
- sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery;
- goods which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items;
- sealed audio, video recordings or software if unsealed after delivery.
